Emerald Groundscare is a trusted supplier of quality landscaping machinery for professionals and homeowners, based in Baldoyle, Dublin 13. With an extensive range of quality branded landscaping products available for purchase and hire, they offer support to landscaping customers right throughout Ireland to achieve healthy, beautiful gardens with ease.
Having received the TOV grant to set up a “trading online” website, Hugh Walsh chose Go2web as his website design partner. This was the first website for the business, so a lot of time was spent assembling product content, so an ecommerce website could be set up.
Two years on, with 160 products on the website, almost 60 online orders have been placed, with a value approaching €50K (Jan 2023).
Many promising enquiries for more expensive products, like Stump Grinders or other high-end Landscaping Machinery, have also been received over this time.
After the initial set-up period, Go2web trained Hugh Walsh on the WordPress theme used, so that he could manage his own content changes.
Go2web’s current role is to host and keep the website safe, and assist Hugh where new design work is needed on the website.
